Center for Domestic Violence and Child Abuse Research
The College of Humanities at National Chi Nan University (NCNU) has been an active member of the social welfare community. In the hope of becoming the beacon of the development in academic, policy, and practical work on issues related to domestic violence by bringing together professional research communities within and outside the university, NCNU decided to establish the Center for Domestic Violence and Child Abuse Research. The center sees its mission in integrating academic research for social issues such as domestic violence, sexual violence, child abuse, and elder abuse and exploring the theoretical model of Chinese society, as well as the systems, strategies, methods, and service equipment for problem-solving in social welfare cases.
